Golden-fowler Home Furnishings has been a part of the community in Northern Michigan since April 1960. Our Grand opening marked the first furniture store in Traverse City of its kind. Nat Golden and T. Austin Fowler had the idea that if you carried great quality furniture and gave customers the best selection and personal service available, they would return and tell their friends. And return they did! Golden-Fowler has grown from an 80′ x 140′ space in a shopping center adjoined to Olesons Food Store to a beautiful 27,000 square foot showroom at the same location today with the same idea.
